Full job description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Admin to support commercial credit and collections activities for a Long-term Contract position based in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on reviewing credit-related documentation, coordinating account evaluations, and helping maintain timely collections processes for business customers. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with credit applications and commercial account information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review commercial credit applications for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal approval guidelines.

  • Assess customer account information and supporting documents to help determine appropriate credit decisions.

  • Partner with internal teams to monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue commercial accounts.

  • Maintain accurate records of credit activity, customer communications, and collection efforts.

  • Support the approval workflow by preparing account details and documentation for credit review.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders to resolve billing or payment concerns related to commercial accounts.

  • Track collection progress and provide updates on account status, risks, and payment trends. Requirements

  • Experience supporting credit, collections, or accounts receivable functions in a business environment.

  • Working knowledge of commercial collections processes and credit review practices.

  • Ability to evaluate credit applications and organize supporting financial or customer documentation.

  • Familiarity with assisting in credit approval decisions for commercial accounts.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate account records.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal follow-up.

  • Proficiency with standard business systems and spreadsheet-based tracking tools.
