Position Title: IT Support Technician

Job Description:

Ennoble Care is looking for a full-time, entry-level contract IT Support Technician who will work out of our Lake Mary, Florida office, who aligns with our motto, "To Care Is An Honor". This position is responsible for internal IT support. They work across all teams to assist users with their equipment, internal tools, and other technical requests. Candidates should be patient, technically competent, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to user tickets to provide general user support through ticketing system, email, chat, phone, or video

• Document request and resolution details within the ticketing system

• Tier 1 requests include:

• Support for third party tools, coordinating with vendor support as needed

• Support for in-house EHR, coordinating with the development team as needed

• Support for networking and printers, coordinating with vendors as applicable

• Escalation for cybersecurity/endpoint issues

• Troubleshooting equipment issues

• Tools onboarding/offboarding

• Assistance creating and maintaining IT documentation

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of IT support experience preferred

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred

• Experience with Microsoft tools required

• Strong understanding of cyber-security compliance preferred

• Good communication skills; written and verbal

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000/yr
