Responsibilities for a Content Designer include but are not limited to:

  • Assess AI environments and tools to define digitalized communication strategies and identify opportunities for AI-generated content.

  • Develop and deliver structured training programs, hands-on workshops, tutorials, and best practices for AI video production using GPT-4, Google Flow, Clipchamp, or similar platforms.

  • Create standardized AI video production workflows, reusable templates, tool recommendations, and quality control guidelines for medical, pharmaceutical, vaccine, and other regulated environments.

  • Collaborate with international teams to develop 2–3 pilot AI videos, provide post-training support, and establish a 6–12 month skills development roadmap.

Candidates for Content Designer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI video production, training, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven professional experience with AI video development tools, including GPT-4, Google Flow, and Clipchamp.

  • Experience working in medical, pharmaceutical, vaccine, clinical, or other regulated environments is strongly preferred.

  • Strong training, communication, educational support, and collaboration skills in an English-speaking international environment.

Pay Details: $42.50 to $53.12 per hour
