FOOD SERVICE MANAGER - LATE NIGHT RETAIL - UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA

Location: UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA - TAMPA, FL

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Job Summary

This is a LATE NIGHT position with a typical schedule between 1:00 pm and 2:00 am and will include some evenings and weekends

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: **

• Works with the Front of House teams to ensure impecable service of nutritious top quality food.

• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.

• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.

• Manages, trains, and develops associates.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•  2+ years of food service management experience.

• Experience in airports, education, military, casinos, health care, and/or related food service operations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Financial experience and business acumen skills.

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

• Associate’s degree is preferred.
