Full job description

Developmental disabilities professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

Program overview

Liberty Healthcare operates statewide program in Indiana which conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Reviewer, your daily work will involve:

  • Traveling throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana

  • Conducting on site reviews at provider organizations

  • Investigating complaints

  • Preparing reports

  • Developing corrective action plans

  • Following up with providers organization to monitor quality improvement

Work setting

This is a remote position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to travel regularly throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana.

Schedule

You will work Monday through Friday, primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay and perks

  • $48,000 per year

  • 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation and personal time

  • Dental and vision insurance

  • Stipend for health insurance

  • Reimbursement for approved work-related mileage

You are a good fit for this position if you have a bachelor’s degree and experience in one of these areas:

  • Support for people who have developmental disabilities, autism or traumatic brain injury

  • Case Management, Social Work, or Service Coordination

  • QIDP, RBT or Direct Support Specialist

  • Day treatment or residential services

To be considered, you must currently reside in Central Indiana – and should have an insured personal vehicle which you are willing to use for travel throughout the region.
