Overview: Rehabilitation Support Services is seeking Residence Counselors in Liberty, NY. The Residence Counselors work within a community residence providing services to individuals with mental illness. Responsibilities include overall care of the residents, upkeep of the house, ADL training, service planning, daily notes related to progress, transportation, participation in recreational activities, advocacy, counseling and crisis intervention. Skills needed to perform the job; Patience Record Keeping Teach Basic Skills Advocacy Requirements; High School Diploma/GED Valid Driver's License Reference Check Shift, Salary, and Benefits; These are full-time and part-time positions, Monday-Sunday, All shifts, $18.41-$20.00 hourly, Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays and 401K/Retirement.
