Registered Nurse – Butner, North Carolina

Local Pay: $61.19 /hour- W2

Travel Pay

Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hourly $34.70, Stipend (Lodging $770.00+ M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00

Total Comp :$2,634.00

Shift Details:

  • Monday - Friday

  • 12.30pm - 9.00pm

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

  • Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • Current, valid, and unrestrictedNorth Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of 1+ year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 3 years.

  • Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional/juvenile, and/or emergency nursing.

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
