Full job description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to work in Yountville, CA . These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $78 / hour

*1099

Shift Details:

  • 7:30am-4:00pm or as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Registered Physical Therapist

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Ability to build rapport with patients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

  • Must have up to date credentials in the state of California

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation

  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

  • Record and document patient care services

  • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
