Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 75 years of experience servicing the northeastern US. With 18 locations throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, we pride ourselves on providing best-in-class sales and support to over 15,000 hardworking customers. Since our founding in 1951, the industries we serve have been transformed by the technologies, equipment, and capabilities undreamed of decades ago. The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.
Qualifications

Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred.

Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers.

Shipping and Receiving parts orders.

Stocking shelves.

Lift items weighing up to 75lbs.

Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area

Other responsibilities based on experience.

Operate forklift (will train)

Assist in Parts inventory.

Maintain and develop product knowledge.
