Euclid is hiring a Project Manager to support and execute our Tax Credit Compliance (TCC) service line, working directly under our Program Director of TCC. You'll serve as the Engagement Lead for our Prohibited Foreign Entity (PFE), Domestic Content (DC), and Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) engagements — managing project timelines, coordinating supplier and contractor diligence, building audit-ready documentation, and keeping complex multi-stakeholder projects moving. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong analytical foundation, thrives on process and detail, and wants to build deep expertise in IRA tax credit compliance at a fast-moving company.

What You'll Do

Execute TCC engagements

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of PFE, DC, and PWA diligence projects

  • Coordinate EPC, contractor, and supplier onboarding, certification collection, and supply chain mapping

  • Provide oversight and QA/QC of PWA compliance data, resolving discrepancies in certified payroll and apprenticeship records to minimize risk of correction payments or IRS penalties

  • Support Material Assistance Cost Ratio (MACR) analysis and threshold testing

  • Compile and maintain audit-ready documentation packages

Drive project operations

  • Own project timelines, trackers, and client-facing status updates

  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, EPC contractors, counsel, and lenders) to keep deliverables on track

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end, owning the relationship, timeline, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and resolving issues and risks before they impact scope, schedule, or client trust

Support framework and tooling development

  • Help maintain and improve standardized workflows for EPC, contractor, and supplier onboarding, cost attribution, and reporting

  • Assist with implementing AI-enabled tools for document ingestion, MACR calculations, and supplier risk scoring

  • Contribute to processes and templates that make delivery more consistent and scalable

Contribute to business development support

  • Assist with proposals, data room prep, and client onboarding materials

  • Help prepare client-facing deliverables and presentation materials

Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Work closely with other program managers and service line teams

  • Surface opportunities to improve shared tools and processes across the broader services team

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, supply chain compliance, consulting, or a related field

  • Exposure to IRA credits (45Y, 48E, 45X), Domestic Content, PWA, or PFE frameworks is a plus—but we'll train the right person

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with cost models, supplier data, and legal/technical documentation

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail—you keep projects on track and nothing falls through the cracks

  • Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information and keep stakeholders aligned

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next

  • Collaborative and low-ego; you're energized by being part of a small, high-output team

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance shop

  • Familiarity with supply chain or sanctions compliance

  • Exposure to AI / data tools in diligence or document workflows
