Turner Staffing Group is hiring Water Truck Drivers to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe and efficient site conditions by controlling dust and supporting road maintenance across the operation.
If you're dependable, safety-focused, and experienced operating heavy equipment, this is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing operation.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a water truck to control dust on haul roads, work areas, and around active equipment

Maintain proper moisture levels on roadways to ensure safe driving conditions for haul trucks and support equipment

Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections

Monitor water levels and refill as needed throughout the shift
-
Report equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or hazards immediately
-
Follow all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators
-
Assist with general site support duties as needed
Qualifications
-
Previous experience operating a water truck or similar heavy equipment preferred

Valid driver's license required (CDL may be required depending on equipment)

MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions

Strong awareness of safety and site traffic patterns

Reliable transportation and strong attendance
