About us Juno Finance is a fintech company that offers a powerful treasury account along with easy ways to access digital assets. Our platform is designed to enhance the financial experience for individuals who want to do more with their money. Juno has raised $23 million across seed and Series A from top investors like Sequoia, Polychain, Dragonfly, Jump, ParaFi, among others.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to understand user and business needs and translate them into exceptional product designs.

  • Communicate with Juno users on Discord, and look at quantitative metrics identify pain points and make informed design decisions.

  • Ensure that a consistent design language is used across all platforms, which also aligns with Juno’s design system.

  • Partner with the development team to ensure design handovers are communicated and translate well into code.

  • Present and iterate on designs, effectively communicating rationale and user insights to stakeholders.

What you bring to the table

  • You’re someone who’s been a part of multiple shipping cycles, shipping both end-to-end features and improvement.

  • You’re proficient at designing high-fidelity mockups and prototyping on tools like Figma, Rive and ProtoPie.

  • You’ve excellent visual design skills with a focus on creating clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.

  • You’ve strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You’ve a proactive and results-oriented mindset with a hunger to learn and iterate.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A deep understanding of motion design principles and experience designing micro-interactions and animations.
