$39–$42/hour (based on clinical licensure years) + $3 Shift Differential

We are hiring a Registered Nurse – Direct Service to provide daily living and medical/clinical support to people with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships, provide holistic care, and be part of a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities• Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities• Provide preventative, routine, and emergency nursing care• Ensure compliance with physician/NP/PA orders• Complete monthly health reviews and required assessments• Provide health-related staff training• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance• Participate in agency trainings and meetings• Collaborate with residential leadership and clinical teams

Qualifications• Current NYS RN License• Valid NYS Driver’s License• CPR Certification• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role• Experience in residential, community, or developmental disability settings preferred — but not required
