Full-time (190 day)Teacherposition to start August 2026, at the Linn County Juvenile Detention Center classroom, located at 800 Walford Rd. SW Cedar Rapids.
Serves primarily secondary students in a variety of off-campus settings including shelter, detention, prison and others. Provides instructional and behavioral programming designed to meet each student's unique educational needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education.

Iowa license with Instructional Strategist I, or Strategist II endorsement.

One year of classroom experience including supervision of students, implementation of instructional and behavioral planning, evaluation of student progress, and working with students with behavior challenges.
