Full job description
Network Development Specialist with AI experience (NOT AN IT JOB - NOT REFERRING TO COMPUTER NETWORKS) EWINGS, INC. | Minneapolis, MN preferred
Position Summary We are looking for healthcare provider network development professional who leads with strong AI skills and backs it up with experience in provider contracting and outreach. If you are not actively using AI as a core part of how you work, this role is not the right fit. If you are an IT Network Engineer or Systems Administrator this is NOT the job for you. We help build "networks" of healthcare providers - meaning doctors, hospitals, etc. Not connecting computer systems.
AI proficiency - this comes first. Basic search use does not qualify. We expect:

Advanced prompting and the ability to build structured, context-rich workflows

Active use of project folders inside your AI accounts

Custom configuration of AI tools including system prompts, custom GPT's, and workspace settings, personal preference settings, skills, use of connectors, additions to your account knowledge base.

Integration of AI across daily tasks including research, documentation, and outreach

Agent or automation building is a strong differentiator -- tell us if you have built anything and what code editor did you use.
Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to physicians, specialists, and facilities to support network adequacy and gap closure

Negotiate and execute provider contracts in alignment with health plan requirements

Manage provider records and pipeline activity in CRM

Prepare market reports, correspondence, and contract documentation

Collaborate with internal teams on network submissions and deliverables
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in provider network development or managed care contracting

Familiarity with provider data, specialty types, and health plan network standards

CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Minneapolis, MN area preferred
