Responsibilities

  • Ensure constructed products are built to the provided specification

  • Ensure final products meet quality control standards

  • Ensure that your production meets or exceeds the targets provided for safety, quality, production throughput, and labor efficiency

  • Work with other Team Leaders to meet production and business goals

Qualifications

  • Upper-intermediate communication skills in English, both written and oral

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma

  • Previous experience as a production worker

  • Previous experience with wood construction

  • Proficiency in construction quality control
