We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Structural team. We’re redefining environmental consulting and sustainable engineering through cutting‑edge technology and a genuine commitment to people. With over 2,000 experts across 90+ offices, we deliver smart, data‑driven solutions that help shape a more sustainable future.

This job focuses on achieving results that support the organization’s strategic goals, requiring initiative, competitive drive, and a strong focus on outcomes—even during times of change. The role demands innovation, timely decisions, practical solutions, and urgency while managing a variety of activities. Success depends on confidence to drive results, solve problems, inspire commitment, and communicate with poise. With a faster-than-average pace, the ability to learn quickly, adapt, delegate effectively, and hold others accountable for timely, accurate results is critical. Typical projects for our structural team include:

  • Commercial/Industrial/Manufacturing Buildings

  • Mixed-Use Building Structures

  • Bridge and Transportation Structures

  • Construction Support for Contractors and Owners

  • Energy

  • Condition Evaluations

  • Tenant Improvement Designs

  • Seismic Evaluations

  • Structural Observation

  • Vulnerability Studies

  • Telecommunications

  • Vaults, Walls, and Tanks

  • Water/Wastewater Structures

What You'll Do:

  • Manage multiple projects and set priorities for staff and sub-consultants

  • Develop new clients and help write proposals

  • Coordinate and manage client requests and needs

  • Apply a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles

  • Serve as a technical advisor to other staff

  • Review design and production deliverables, ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master degree is preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering

  • Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Experience with concrete and steel design

Salary Range:

$138,000 - $182,000
