The Opportunity: We’re looking for exceptional engineers who want to own and drive some of Reevo’s most important technical initiatives end-to-end. Rather than joining a predefined team or working within a defined scope, you’ll take on complex, ambiguous problems, define the right solutions, set technical direction, and lead execution from concept through production. We’re looking for engineers who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, combine deep technical expertise with strong product judgment, and help shape the future direction of Reevo as we continue to scale.

What You’ll Own:

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for challenging, high-impact technical initiatives

• Provide technical leadership by setting engineering direction and making key architectural decisions

• Partner closely across functions to tackle complex engineering, product, and business challenges

• Bridge business objectives, product strategy, and engineering execution to build impactful product experiences

• Identify opportunities to improve products and engineering systems, and drive projects to completion

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering large engineering initiatives from ideation through execution

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable, production-grade systems

• A proven track record of driving high-impact technical projects and delivering meaningful business outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Experience working cross-functionally across technical and business teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a founder, technical co-founder, or early engineering leader

• Previous experience mentoring engineers

• Experience at an AI-native startup
