As the Director of Commercial Sales, you will oversee commercial sales across New England and lead the Commercial Sales Center team. Candidates may be based anywhere within the New England region. You’ll guide the team’s execution of commercial projects from initial quoting through final delivery, partnering with sales, supply chain, branch leadership, and customers to deliver competitive pricing, accurate orders, efficient logistics, and an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the Commercial Sales Center team supporting the New England region, balancing workloads and driving performance against project deadlines and service standards

  • Assign customers and sales representatives to Commercial Sales Specialists to build productive relationships

  • Ensure accurate, timely project quotes that follow sales team pricing guidelines

  • Support ongoing product and system training so the team can address technical inquiries

  • Build proficiency in Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro+ to communicate their value

  • Oversee customer order planning based on material compatibility and shipping logistics

  • Partner with the sales team to secure competitive material pricing before orders are placed

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and branch managers to optimize truckloads and warehouse inventory

  • Develop and maintain project delivery schedules with the sales team and customers

What you'll bring:

  • Sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead sales performance and growth

  • People leadership experience, including directly managing, coaching, and developing a team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred

  • Experience with Mincron, Salesforce, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro+ preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of exterior building products, including industry concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in sales operations, building materials, or customer service strongly preferred

USD $170,000.00 - USD $265,000.00 /Yr.
