Dual Rate Dealer / Floor Supervisor - Poker Room

What You'll Do

As a Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor, you'll split your time between dealing Poker games and supporting daily Poker Room operations.

As a Poker Dealer, you will:

  • Deal Poker games accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

  • Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience for guests.

  • Accept wagers, pay winning hands, and handle gaming chips and cash accurately.

  • Explain game rules and answer guest questions with confidence.

  • Protect the integrity of every game by maintaining awareness of the table and reporting suspicious activity.

  • Inspect cards and gaming equipment to ensure compliance with gaming standards.

  • Follow all gaming procedures, internal controls, and federal, state, and regulatory requirements.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the daily operation of the Poker Room and assist in supervising table activity.

  • Ensure games run smoothly, fairly, and efficiently.

  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

  • Mentor and support dealers while promoting outstanding customer service.

  • Verify fills, credits, and required gaming documentation.

  • Help maintain compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment while protecting company assets.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Successful completion of dealer school or at least 6 months of Poker dealing experience in a licensed commercial casino.

  • Strong Poker dealing skills and knowledge of game procedures.

  • Leadership experience or supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to game security.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, twisting, and moving throughout the Poker Room and property during scheduled shifts. Candidates must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and possess the mobility required to support both dealer and supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

Our Poker Room is a fast-paced, high-energy environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
