30 Hours Per Week | $18 Per Hour Minimum | Growth to Leadership

Are you an experienced residential cleaner who takes pride in your work and is ready for an opportunity to grow?

We are looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner who wants to become a key member of our team and eventually grow into a leadership position.

The Role

You will spend approximately 70 to 80 percent of your time cleaning homes , especially as you learn our systems and standards. As you become established, you will gradually take on additional responsibilities such as:

  • Training and supporting new cleaners

  • Helping maintain our quality standards

  • Performing quality checks

  • Supporting the team when a cleaner is unavailable

  • Helping with day-to-day operations as you grow into the role When needed, you will be our go to backup cleaner to make sure our customers continue to receive great service when a team member calls out.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Previous residential cleaning experience

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Dependable and responsible

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Professional communication and customer service skills

  • Someone who enjoys helping others and wants to grow into leadership

Management experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and potential, and we will help you develop the leadership skills along the way.

What We Offer

  • Starting at 30 hours per week

  • $18 per hour minimum
