Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed.

Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient’s needs and medical goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse

Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing
Preferred Qualifications:
-
BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
