We are currently seeking an MEP Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects
-
Manage trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopes
-
Develop and enforce short-interval schedules and field execution plans
-
Lead site logistics planning including laydown, access, crane operations, and material flow
-
Enforce site safety culture, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident standards

Drive QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and deficiency resolution

Coordinate installation of mission-critical systems including power distribution, generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling systems, and fire protection

Lead subcontractor management, productivity, performance accountability, and workforce planning

Coordinate inspections with AHJs, owners, commissioning agents, and operators

Lead commissioning readiness, turnover planning, and systems integration support

Manage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readiness

Interface directly with owners, operators, and project leadership teams

Support constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planning

Lead field teams, mentor assistant superintendents, and develop trade leadership
QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

Strong expertise in mission-critical construction sequencing and system integration

Proven ability to lead large, multi-trade field teams in high-reliability environments

Experience with live campuses, constrained sites, and high-security facilities preferred
