Pay Range: $21/hour
Scheduled Days: Saturday - Wednesday

The Job: Join our dynamic team! We are seeking part-time team members. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key janitorial duties.

The Core Duties:

Keeping our campus sparkling!
-
Dusting and mopping floors
-
Moving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposes
-
Provide cleaning and preventative maintenance. This includes pressure washing multiple surfaces, projects for carpets, tiles, concrete and miscellaneous floor and hardscapes throughout campus

Follow established practices regarding handling and disposal of classified materials and blood borne pathogens
-
Respond to routine calls for any facility needs
-
Washing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff

Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task

Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling
The Essentials:

High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred
-
Successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing
-
Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral )

Ability to use a computer and communicate via email

Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
-
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment

Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
