We are seeking a Material Specialist to support our Technical Glass Products facility. This role ensures materials flow smoothly to manufacturing by handling receiving, inspection, inventory control, stocking, labeling, and distribution. We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pay Rate: $24/hour

  • Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ( potential for overtime! )

  • Employment Type: Full Time, Temp-to-hire

Pay Rate: $24.00 / hour

Duties:

  • Pick, stage, and allocate inventory using Pick Lists and BOMs

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations

  • Unpack, label, stock, and replenish materials

  • Monitor shortages and resolve material-related issues

  • Operate a forklift to move materials (certification preferred)

  • Support Kanban systems and 5S workplace organization

  • Perform data entry and complete all inventory documentation

  • Assist with process improvements and inventory management initiatives

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years in material distribution, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing

  • Forklift experience

  • Strong computer skills; experience with MRP/ERP systems

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement tools

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location: Allegion, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $24.00 - $24.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
