Position Summary

Our Tube Fitting Division in Eaton, Ohio is looking for new Assembler Team Members to help keep the world moving. You will use your hands and machines to build Parker products in a safe and sustainable manner. You must have good technical knowledge and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to produce complex fittings by putting together smaller components.

Pay

Starting at $17/hr. with increases to $18.25 at 6 months and $19.50 at 12 months PLUS $1/hr. shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift

Sign-on Bonus $1,000

Job Type

Full-time

2ndShift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.)

3rd Shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)

Team Member must be able to work scheduled mandatory overtime when needed

Crimp, press, attach and/or install components, cap, pack, label, ship products.

S et up and operate various assembly machines (i.e.: crimpers, presses, o-ring machine, etcher, stamper, grinders).

Wor ks at different workstations as production needs require.

M ust understand and follow the component and finished goods supermarket work instructions.

Must follow written standard work procedures including all safety and 5S procedures.
