Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Allen, Texas . In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality physical therapy services and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise, empathy, and dedication to patient care are truly valued.

  • Assess patients comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and physician referrals

  • Review medical records, diagnostic reports, and patient history to determine appropriate physical therapy interventions

  • Implement evidence-based treatment programs utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and sports rehabilitation protocols

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and best practice guidelines

  • Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical findings in a timely and organized manner

  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers to ensure coordinated and transparent care

  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation technicians, ensuring quality patient care delivery

  • Develop comprehensive plans of care with measurable, goal-oriented objectives tailored to each patient's needs

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and incident reports

  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a culture of continuous professional development and innovation

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply; we’d love for you to start your career with us!

  • Current state of Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license and CPR certification

  • Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn

  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

  • Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,
