Overview Planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of assigned department functions, which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of the hospital in an operative and safe working condition, and coordinating construction activities. Substantial knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building structure and construction, understanding of life safety systems, regulatory requirements governing hospitals and an understanding of budgeting procedures Preferred
