Client Services Manager – Habilitation Services

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Monroeville, PA Habilitation Office.

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing client services, supporting field staff, building community partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of the office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about serving others and advancing their careers in healthcare operations and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality client care and support services

  • Coordinate client services and manage emergent staffing and scheduling needs

  • Manage and grow an assigned caseload through proactive relationship-building and service excellence

  • Develop strong partnerships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations

  • Foster collaborative and communicative relationships with field and office staff

  • Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics to support office success

  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide guidance, supervision, and support to field employees

  • Support employee engagement, retention, and overall service quality

  • Contribute to office growth initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population strongly preferred

  • Prior healthcare, medical office, home care, or human services experience preferred

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility

  • Strong desire for career growth and advancement

  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
