📍 Location: Mease Countryside, Safety Harbor, FL

🏥 Facility: BayCare Health System, Laboratory Services

🕒 Shift: Nights | 9:30pm - 7:30am

📅 Schedule: FT | 4x10s | Onsite

📆 Weekend Work: Every Other

Role Overview

As a Medical Lab Technician Sr, you will perform advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepare reagents, and report results in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role oversees and reviews moderate to high complexity testing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting daily laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
Preparing reagents and reporting test results in accordance with established policies and procedures
Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high complexity testing
Maintaining laboratory equipment, supplies, and computer applications
Assisting with training and competency evaluation of testing personnel
Ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all testing activities
Organizing daily laboratory functions and responding to emergency situations
Performing other duties as assigned in support of laboratory operations
