We’re looking for a leader who’s passionate about fitness and people. Someone who’s just as comfortable motivating a team as they are managing daily operations. Someone who can balance the big picture with the small details that keep a studio running at it's highest level.
• Lead your team: Coach, inspire, and support your staff to deliver a positive, high-energy environment where members feel seen, valued, and motivated.
• Own the member experience: Make sure every visit feels personal — from greeting members by name to celebrating milestones like 20 classes or a 65th birthday.
• Drive results: Exceed sales and membership goals, build strong community connections, and always look for ways to improve.
• Manage operations: Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and studio upkeep — ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day and preparing for what’s ahead.
