The base salary for this position is $16.00 hourly.

The Bell Attendants are the ambassadors of Mauna Lani leave the first and last impression upon our guests during their stay.  Their primary role is to open doors, carry and deliver/retrieve luggage from guest rooms, park cars, give directions and transport guests.  The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, warm and helpful.  He or she has a wealth of knowledge about the Big Island and is eager to create lasting memories for our guests.  This position requires high energy, thoughtful communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task. 

  • Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
