What We Offer: * Performance-driven compensation package with an annual earning range of $175,000 to $300,000, combining a competitive salary with commissions and bonuses tied to profitability, growth, and operational success. * Full health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits * 401(k) retirement plan * Relocation Assistance Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve retention and performance goals. * Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization. * Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost revenue and market share. * Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with every interaction. * Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and procurement to maintain a profitable and balanced vehicle inventory. * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards. Requirements * Proven dealership management experience with a strong track record of successfully turning around under-performing stores. * Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. * Excellent leadership and team-building skills. * Exceptional communication and customer service skills. * Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies. * Experience with dealership management software and tools.
