Conserva Irrigation promotes from within - training our Level One Technicians to become Level Two Technicians to become Sales Technicians and beyond as an accredited industry participant. As a Conserva Level One Technician you are a self-starter who is hardworking with a great attitude and a desire to grow from within an organization. You will primarily be responsible for working directly with a Sales Technician and a Level Two Technician, following their lead and instruction. Once you learn the basic skill sets of replacing heads and nozzles, fixing line leaks, installing rain sensors, reprogramming controllers and understanding our flagging regimen you will be deployed to work independently as a Certified Level One Tech earning a great income.
