Nanny, Flexible Schedule, Pick Your Own Shifts $17 per hour
Homewatch CareGivers is building a team of experienced nannies across Austin and the surrounding areas. This role is childcare only.
How it works When a request comes in that matches your area and availability, you get a notification through our scheduling app. You decide whether to take it. We ask that you pick up at least 3 shifts per week; the days are up to you. No fixed schedule, no assigned families, no obligation on the shifts you pass on.
What you'll do

Care for children in their home, following the family's routines and rules

Prepare meals and snacks

Lead age-appropriate play and activities

Handle tidying related to the children, including their dishes, toys, and laundry
-
Give parents a clear recap at the end of each shift

$17 per hour, paid weekly

Who we're looking for

Prior nanny or professional childcare experience

Warm, patient, and genuinely energetic with kids

Comfortable walking into a new home and building trust quickly

CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to get certified

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Able to pass a background check
-
Bilingual is a plus
