Job Description
Our Float RNs don’t just provide exceptional nursing care, they build relationships that last a lifetime. You’ll have the flexibility to work across multiple residential locations, ensuring variety in your day and the opportunity to impact many lives. Float RNs have a regular schedule, but may be assigned to any of our eight high medical locations throughout the week.

Day (6:30am-2:30pm) and Evening (2pm-10pm) schedules consist of 4 weekdays + every other Saturday & Sunday.

Overnight (9:30pm-7:00am) schedules consist of 3 weekdays + every other Saturday & Sunday.
What You’ll Do
As a Float LPN, you will:
-
Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
-
Support individuals in achieving their personal goals, from daily living skills to community outings
-
Promote choice, dignity, and inclusion in all aspects of care
-
Educate and mentor Direct Support Professionals and Nurses
-
Monitor health status, respond to emergencies, and coordinate care with families, providers, and the team

Document thoroughly in electronic health records (Therap)
Requirements

Active RN license in Minnesota
-
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
-
Valid MN driver’s license with acceptable record
-
Ability to lift/transfer 60 lbs. occasionally

DHS background clearance
