Full job description

The Lifeguard ensures the safety of waterpark guest by preventing and responding to emergencies.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

  • Ensure the safety of guests by maintaining constant surveillance; scanning, and monitoring of guests for the assigned pool or water park area

  • Renders emergency care and contacts emergency medical services as necessary

  • Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility

  • Prepares and maintains activity reports

  • Attends scheduled in-service training and follow all established safety procedures

  • Assists team members with other duties as required To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment.

  • Lifeguard Trained and Certified (or willing to be trained)

  • First Aid and CPR Trained and Certified (or will to be trained)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak English effectively

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and lift and/or move up to/over 100 pounds with assistance

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
