Job Duties
Lead and supervise a crew 1-2 people in performing mowing and basic lawn maintenance tasks
Operate and maintain mowing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations
Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities among crew members
Monitor job progress and address any issues that arise on-site
Promote a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures
