Job Duties

The Cultural Advocate/Home-School Liaison plays a vital role in building strong, respectful, and culturally responsive relationships between American Indian students, families, schools, and communities. This position ensures American Indian students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally while promoting cultural identity, heritage, and understanding throughout the school system.

This position will split time between Cohasset Elementary and Bigfork Schools

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Required

Strong understanding of American Indian cultures, histories, and communities.

Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
