Chicken Salad Chick Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Assistant Manager

Hourly Pay from $22 to $28 per hour based on actual restaurant experience.

Are you looking for a different type of Fast Casual environment with a unique concept and offerings.

Chicken Salad Chick, known for its delicious menu featuring 12 unique Chicken Salads, homemade sides, soups, and sandwiches, is seeking a talented Assistant Manager. Join one of the original franchise locations and help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service. This role offers a chance to develop your management skills in a fast-paced, enjoyable setting while benefiting from optional health, dental, and vision insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage people deployment to ensure smooth service flow

  • Maintain high product quality and kitchen preparation standards

  • Oversee service flow to guarantee customer satisfaction

  • Utilize POS and Back Office systems efficiently

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience managing in Fast Casual or Full Service restaurants

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Work Schedule

  • 9-10 hour shifts, Monday through Saturday

  • Closed Sundays

  • Availability for day and night shifts
