Location: On-Site (100% In-Office)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:45 PM

Travel: Up to 10% (Domestic IF needed)

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a GTM Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You'll ensure every district, school leader, and prospect receives the right message, proof points, and resources at every stage of the buying journey.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for bringing new products to market, enabling our sales team, and building campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.

What You'll Do

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead go-to-market launches for new products, features, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions for district leaders.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure consistent go-to-market execution.

Sales Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales collateral including:
  • Pitch decks
  • One-pagers
  • Battle cards
  • Case studies
  • Competitive comparisons
  • Proposal templates
  • State-specific collateral
  • Email templates
  • Ensure Sales always has current messaging and proof points.

Campaign Development

Own integrated campaigns across every stage of the funnel.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors and market trends.

  • Gather feedback from Sales and Customer Success to strengthen positioning.

Revenue Operations Partnership

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership to identify pipeline gaps and build campaigns that support strategic accounts.
  • Measure campaign performance and influence on pipeline.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
  • You’re not just willing... You want to put in 70+ hours a week because you care deeply about building something great, moving fast, and making your mark.
  • Experience launching SaaS products and supporting enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and marketing funnels.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and sales collateral.
  • Comfortable translating complex products into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign and pipeline performance.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
