Hybrid Psychiatrist

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a part-time board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist physician in the Valencia office located in the greater Los Angeles, California area.

This is the ideal opportunity for a psychiatrist interested in a career with a multi-specialty group. Experience with treating patients ages 12 and older is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have several years of clinical psychiatric experience and a proven track record of providing independent, comprehensive psychiatric care in an outpatient or integrated practice setting. The physician should be comfortable managing complex cases with limited supervision and contributing as an experienced member of a collaborative care team.

Position Highlights:

• Be part of a collegial team of psychiatrists in a well-established, team-based behavioral health program—you’re never practicing alone

• Strong interdisciplinary support including Behavioral Health Specialists delivering individual and group psychotherapy

• Consultative care model with strong partnerships with primary care and other specialties

• Treating patients 12 years and older is preferred

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry and medication management required

• Candidates with post-training clinical experience are strongly preferred

Schedule:

• Part‑time 20 hours per week, hybrid/remote work option available

• Emphasis on sustainable practice and work‑life balance

• Generous paid time off

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $190,000 and $205,000 per year

• Generous employer‑paid retirement contribution (eligible upon working 1,000 or more hours per year)

• Annual professional expense allowance

• Paid malpractice insurance

• Eligibility to participate in Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through our affiliation with Providence (subject to program requirements)
