Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k
Buchanan & Harrison| Outpatient Clinics
Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You’ll split time between our Buchanan & Ossining clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care

Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans

Fabricate custom splints as needed

Document evaluations and treatment progress

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
-
NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
-
Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)

Strong communication and patient education skills

Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Sensory integration experience a plus
-
Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
