We're hiring experienced caregivers to provide dependable, one-on-one care for clients in their homes. What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

  • Help with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning while following safe care practices.

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

  • Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan (non-clinical).

  • Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily activities.

  • Perform light housekeeping to help keep the home clean, safe, and organized.

  • Monitor clients' overall condition and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to the office.

  • Follow each client's care plan and company policies. What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility is required.

  • HHA or CNA certification is preferred but not required.

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Dependable, patient, and respectful when working with clients and families.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required. Pay & Benefits
