  • Strong financial and analytical mindset with experience in ROI tracking and benefits realization

  • Exceptionally effective at aligning and influencing senior and executive stakeholders

  • A builder of operating cadence—able to create structured, repeatable governance that accelerates decisions

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, building momentum and accountability across diverse stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Drive the successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions from concept through deployment, helping teams translate ideas into real-world results.

  • Establish and champion a value-driven approach to transformation, ensuring investments deliver meaningful and sustainable business benefits.

  • Use data, metrics, and business insights to measure success, identify opportunities, and continuously improve portfolio performance.

  • Influence strategic decisions by providing leaders with clear visibility into progress, risks, priorities, and business impact.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping shape the direction and governance of Print's AI transformation journey.

  • Introduce best-in-class portfolio and program management practices that enable execution excellence across a broad transformation landscape.

  • Create the operating rhythm that keeps teams aligned, informed, and moving with speed and purpose.

  • Balance innovation and agility with the governance, security, and compliance standards required to scale responsibly.

  • Help establish the foundation for how AI is embedded into the Print development lifecycle, driving lasting organizational change.

  • Champion a culture of execution, continuous improvement, and business value realization across the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide AI or digital transformation programs

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scaled Agile (e.g., PI planning, SAFe environments)

  • Experience in hardware, print, or consumer technology industries

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale transformation or digital portfolios
