Job Summary

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented  Quality Control Manager ( Q CM)  for the Operations and Maintenance Services for the Medical Treatment Facilities of the96thMedical Group at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Establish andmaintaina complete site-specificQuality Control Program (QCP) that is acceptable to the COR and CO to ensure the requirements of the Contract are provided.
Responsible for assuring that both contractor and subcontractor personnel follow the requirements of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan.
Identifydeficiencies in the quality of services performed throughout the Contractor’s performance of this PWS and implement corrective action before the level of performance becomes unsatisfactory.
Monitorthe performance of the QC activities in all other workcenters covered by the task order and shall provide remedial training as necessary to theresponsible personnelat other locations.

Qualifications

A minimum oftwo (2) years of experience in QC evaluation and reporting in the fields of construction or facility management work
A minimum of two (2) years of experienceworkincomparablysized hospitals or health facilities.
