Technical Civil Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly technical Civil Engineer (PE) to join our Pompano Beach office. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about technical excellence in land development and/or water resources. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being deeply involved in design, technical execution, and accuracy of deliverables.
What you'll do:

Provide high-level technical design of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications. Develop grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design solutions.

Collaborate with Project Managers to execute project scopes, schedules, and technical requirements.

Support Project Managers on complex projects, design approaches, permitting challenges, risk mitigation, and constructability.

Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects..

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Ideal candidate has:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
-
Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and/or water resources.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar tools)
-
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
