Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence—right in the comfort of their own homes. What You’ll Do * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes * Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the care team * Provide care to patients with a variety of ages, diagnoses, and needs * Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Pay, Location & Schedule * Location: Lubbock, TX * PRN: $65–$75 per visit * Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000 per year * Weekly pay * Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and your availability What We’re Looking For * Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license * At least 1 year of PT experience * Current BLS/CPR certification * Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills * Self-motivated, compassionate, and comfortable working independently Why Join BrightStar Care? * Flexible scheduling and autonomy in the field * One-on-one patient care * No OASIS paperwork * Medical, dental, and vision insurance through BCBS based on eligible hours * Locally owned and operated agency * Faith-based, supportive work environment * 24/7 support from our clinical and office team * Ongoing training and professional development * Employee recognition programs Make a difference where it matters most—at home.
