What You’ll Do Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will: * Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s plan of care * Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes * Work with both pediatric and adult patients * Coordinate visits directly with patients and families * Support patients in developing skills that promote independence and quality of life * Document patient care and progress accurately and timely * Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and care team This role is well suited for a COTA who enjoys variety, values patient-centered care, and is comfortable working independently in a home health setting.
