Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Personnel/Modified Direct Hire Authority. Responsibilities You will provide direction and monitor significant activities so IT services are successfully delivered and maintained throughout the life-cycle You will manage the internal relationship with IT service owners and lead the definition and agreement of operating level agreements (OLAs). You will review and/or conduct audits of IT programs and projects. You will perform needs analyses to determine opportunities for new and improved business processes supporting IT service delivery. You will develop and document supply chain risks for critical system elements, as appropriate. You will gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing projects for enterprise-level IT systems, including defining project scope, establishing milestones, and managing cost, schedule and performance to deliver capabilities. Expertise overseeing the procurement and management of IT hardware, software, and contractor services in accordance with acquisition and property management guidelines. Proficiency in identifying technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies using the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Experience ensuring IT project alignment with strategic goals and technical interoperability. Experience leading high-level briefings for senior leadership (i.e. Flag Officers/Senior Executive Service personnel) to report on project status, resolve complex technical roadblocks, and negotiate resource allocations across different organizational components. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Relocation expenses (i.e. PCS) may be authorized in accordance with applicable travel regulations.
